Most people looking for a new job have ideas of the type of work environment they would like to work in, and what type of coworkers they would like to have. When interviewing, they will hear certain phrases that sound ideal, but at the extreme end these qualities can be disappointing.
Four of these qualities mentioned when interviewing for a position are: "Laid-Back", "Work Hard, Play Hard", "Collaborative" and "Friendly". It's not that these qualities are bad, there just needs to be a good balance.
